Background
Almost five years before the COVID-19 pandemic gripped the world, I began consulting with a marketing agency to expand their digital services offering. By late 2015, the agency had been awarded a multimillion-dollar annual contract with an American multinational technology corporation that produces computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and related services.
In the beginning of 2016, the agency owner and I decided to invest profits into a software startup we would co-found. As the Chief Product Officer, I was responsible for the vision of proprietary technology products, directly contributing to the planning, research, design, and implementation of these products.
